libcloog-ppl1 software package provides Chunky Loop Generator (runtime library), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcloog-ppl1
libcloog-ppl1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcloog-ppl1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcloog-ppl1 *
You will get with libcloog-ppl1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
